busy….

whoaaa… two months without a single post! been busy lately. You know job and part-time school. 3 days in a week I have classes till 7pm. wish i got more than 24 hours a day.

been rearranging my living room a bit. i should say it’s a little bit tidier than it used to be. Moved PC from my room to the living room. May be gonna install ubuntu on my old PC. Used it as a sort of “playground”. actually I had the idea to buy a mac mini and use it as a “playground”. but since there’s a rumour, that apple will refresh it, thought I should used my old PC. But will apple refresh it or let it die?

been also thinking of buying a blu-ray player. But I need this full-HD TV before I can enjoy any HD movie. THe problem is: short of money. I need 700-1000 Euro for a full HD-TV and another 300-400 for a blu-ray player (may be PS3?). think I’ll wait for another half year… till then I expect, that full-HD TV and blu-ray player will be a bit cheaper. And also blu-ray disc itself

Proud of my new toy

Yes, I’m really proud of my new toys… the Synology DS-207. Although it’s not a high end NAS, but it fulfill my requirement. It’s a really not a waste spending more than 300 Euro on a small white box

Bored….

yeah… I’m bored. Saturday night (it’s Sunday exactly) and have nothing to do…. what a boring weekend…

Today began the Euro 2008. It reminds me of the world cup 2006 in Germany (how fast time flies by). It was the best summer I ever had. Worked in Frankfurt stadium on match day and one day before, got access to all area (except VIP area), watching the match from the media tribune. It was the best summer.

But the question now is: will be there something, that worth to remember this summer? at least there’s one thing: I’m coming home in August (for almost 4 weeks) after more than 3 years. Yes, you read it right. I haven’t seen my parents and relatives for more than 3 years. I miss my parents and my old school friends.

bored and can’t sleep…

lately

It’s been a month since my last post, and there have been a lot happening. Like helping friends moving to a new house on 3 weekends one after the other. Having some problem with the authorities, which kinda complicated.

The funny  thing is, it’s like my whole future depends on actions, which have been and will be taking place this month and in the next  couple weeks. It sounds crazy, but I think so. Sometimes I just feel that my future is not decided by me but by somebody else, who has the authority to issue a small piece of paper. For those who are studying or working abroad, they know who this “somebody” is.

But anyway, I just keep my faith to the Lord, that HE will give me the best. I just have to be strong to face which ever HE gives me.

Today I just received an email from my former employer during the FIFA World Cup 2006 in Germany offering the same position for the upcoming  Euro 2008 in Austria and Switzerland. I want to accept that offer, but have to discuss this matter with my current employer…. It’s another once-in-a-life-time chance…
